Kimberly recently launched Firefly Consulting, a firm that helps clients reduce operational costs and improve their innovation processes.
As a partner with Accenture, Kimberly led multiple Lean Six Sigma programs with Fortune 500 companies, including a global deployment that generated over $1B in savings. Kimberly also helped clients significantly reduce their product development cycle times while developing innovative, customer-focused products. One company cut time to market by 50 percent and product cost by 26 percent, while increasing market share and customer satisfaction. In all of her engagements, her passion was to deliver high-impact, sustainable results for her clients.
She wrote a book, Fast Innovation, published by McGraw-Hill in 2005, to help companies achieve increased differentiation in their products and services, increased profitability, and faster time to market.
When she’s not teaching at Acton or running her consulting business, Kimberly enjoys sprint-distance triathlons, competitive ballroom dancing, and spending time with her family.
