In a bold leap of faith, Nainish Dalal left his family, friends, and home country of India to achieve the dream of an American education.
He describes the struggle of those initial years in the U.S. as transformational and character building. "I learned to believe in myself and my ability to transform my own life."
Strong, intelligent and fiercely determined, Nainish earned a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Texas while serving as a faculty scholar. He worked at Trilogy for almost a decade as an innovative leader in the high-tech industry, utilizing his techincal skills in a number of different positions. While at trilogy, Nainish was frequently recognized with awards for exemplary leadership and technical excellence.
Despite his success at Trilogy, Nainish left the company to pursue entrepreneurship. "Acton was the only program I found with such a tight focus on entrepreneurship with real entrepreneurs to teach it."
From competing in an Olympic triathlon, to balancing work and family, to his current role directing the product development and strategy for an Austin startup company, Nainish credits Acton with teaching him invaluable life lessons: "Stick to your values. Never give up. Follow your passion."
