Raised in India, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, Bijoy Goswami moved to the United States to attend Stanford University. After graduating from Stanford, Bijoy joined Trilogy Software, where he worked for 5 years in various roles in business development, sales, consulting, and product management.
Bijoy and Bruce Krysiak co-founded Aviri, of which Bijoy is currently CEO. Bijoy's lifelong passion for personal and organizational transformation led him to develop the MRE Framework with Bruce. Devoted to raising awareness of bootstrapping among entrepreneurs, academics, and society, Bootstrap Austin currently has over 450 members and has expanded into the Bootstrap Network with groups in Houston, Dallas, Washington DC, Boston, Pune and Bangalore.
In 2004, Bijoy published his first book, The Human Fabric, which he co-authored with Dave Wolpert.
