"Inspiring others is the key to being a great entrepreneur and a great teacher."

Ed Perry

Credentials:

Ed Perry chooses to inspire from a position of quiet strength and a strong commitment to principle. Perry started his first company, Singapore-based engineering-consulting company MEPL, almost 25 years ago. Since then, he has led a large number of technology companies from start-up to sale, including a successful turnaround of Human Code. He also served as a lead partner of Koch Ventures, a well-known venture capital firm.

Perry talks about leading people: "Often the most successful entrepreneur doesn't seek the spotlight, but builds a strong company by attracting the right talent and inspiring people through asking the right questions, showing dedication to unwavering principles and treating others as you would want to be treated. Teaching by the case method allows me to teach students by practicing the same principles in the classroom that have worked for me in business."

"I want my students to learn to inspire others by discovering their gifts and serving others as they follow their calling."
