"Inspiring others is the key to being a great entrepreneur and a great teacher."

Ed Perry

Master Teacher

Ed Perry chooses to lead from a position of quiet strength and a strong commitment to principles. Perry started his first company, Singapore-based engineering-consulting company MEPL, over twenty-five years ago. Since then, he has led a large number of technology companies from start-up to sale. He also served as a lead partner of Koch Ventures, a well-known venture capital firm.

Perry talks about leading people: “Successful entrepreneurs don’t seek the spotlight for their own sake. They build a strong company by attracting the right talent then inspiring them to do the right things. They ask the right questions, show dedication to unwavering principles, hold high standards for performance, and treat others as they want to be treated. Using the case method allows me to teach students by practicing the same principles in the classroom that have worked for me in business.”
